You will collaborate with technical and functional teams, document processes, and contribute to incident resolution and ongoing service improvements while adhering to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations or Application Support.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd-line application support and task automation.
• Experience in service level management, monitoring and control.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 application support on an on-call basis.
• Communicate with Technical and Functional teams and maintain support materials.
• Analyse and improve internal processes and tools; incident resolution.
