Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an SAP specialist to manage and resolve incidents, problems and changes for SAP SD/MM. The role supports end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay processes within SAP S/4HANA, coordinating resolutions with external partners and maintaining operational documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP SD/MM, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and are comfortable working in a hybrid model with a Porto office presence three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Changes for SAP SD/MM processes.

• Analyze and coordinate resolution of application issues across Sales Order, Deliveries, Billing, Purchasing and Inventory.
• Perform root cause analyses and coordinate corrective actions with external partners.

Job description

What will you do?

• Manage and resolve Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, and Changes for SAP SD/MM processes, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze and coordinate the resolution of application issues related to Sales Order Management, Deliveries, Billing, Purchasing, and Inventory Management.
• Perform root cause analyses, coordinate permanent corrective actions, and review solution proposals from external service partners.
• Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
