Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP CS/PM consultant to provide expert IT support and functional consultancy within complex environments. The candidate will support ECC 6.0 environments and help evolve toward newer SAP versions, while managing end-to-end service management in SAP CS, including incidents, billing, and service contracts.

The role requires strong ABAP debugging skills, experience with Agile and tools like Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft 365, and English at least at B2

What will you do?

• Provide expert IT support and functional consultancy for SAP CS and PM modules within complex environments.
• Support existing SAP ECC 6.0 environments and contribute to the evolution towards newer SAP versions.
• Manage end-to-end service management processes within SAP CS, including incident management, service orders, billing, and service contract configuration.
• Perform detailed technical issue analysis within SAP, utilizing ABAP debugging and dump analysis.
• Efficiently process and clarify support tickets within ITSM systems, ensuring timely resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Deep functional experience (5+ years) with SAP ECC 6.0, especially in Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
• Solid know-how in Service Management and Field Service processes, complemented by strong project skills.
• Proven technical understanding of SAP modules, capable of performing issue analysis (e.g., ABAP debugging).
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum).
