At Aubay Portugal, we work with large organisations across sectors, delivering critical SAP-based solutions. We seek a senior ABAP OO developer with at least 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA, who can design interfaces using OData, RFC, IDOC, SOAP and XML, and implement RAP with CDS-Views/EML.

Knowledge of MM/PP/SD and BADI/SMOD is essential. Fluent English is required to collaborate effectively, and a hybrid work model is offered with strong career development and

What will you do?

• Develop and implement complex ABAP OO solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Design and integrate solutions using common interface technologies such as OData, RFC, IDOC, SOAP, and XML.
• Utilize RAP (Restful Application Programming) to build modern SAP applications, leveraging CDS-Views and EML.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of functionalities within SAP MM, PP, or SD modules.
• Apply extension methods like BADI, Enhancement Points, and SMOD to customize and optimize SAP processes.

• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years in developing complex solutions using ABAP OO, with a minimum of 3 years working with SAP S/4HANA.

• Demonstrated experience with SAP extension methods such as BADI, Enhancement Point, and SMOD.
• Familiarity with various interface technologies, including OData, RFC, IDOC, SOAP, and XML.
• Development expertise in at least one SAP module: Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to autonomously resolve complex technical issues.
