Job summary

ZF LIFETEC Portugal Engineering Center in Ponte de Lima invites engineers to join our team focused on automotive safety and quality assurance. You will contribute to ASPICE-aligned processes and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

• ASPICE assessor certificate (Provisional Assessor or higher).
• Master/Bachelor in Software, Electronics, Mechatronics or technical field or equivalent background.
• Fluent in English, speak and written.
• Good communication and relationship/network skills.
• Knowledge of processes and work-products.
• Project management, guidance and support of project members.
• MS-Office; ALM-Tool (e.g. CodeBeamer, Windchill RV&S).

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of quality reviews to ensure compliance to customer and internal requirements according the quality plan
• Reviewing the quality goals within projects e.g., in Gate Reviews and follow up on identified corrective actions as well as tracking and reporting the progress status
• Modelling process workflows within the defined ZF Process Tools STAGES and Symbio according lessons learned and identified process improvement potentials
• Contact person for project team on Engineering Quality Assurance related topics
• Ensure compliance or Engineering process landscape to latest ASPICE PAM definition
• Drive lessons learned and identified process improvement potentials out of internal and external assessments
