Job summary

ZF LIFETEC in Ponte de Lima, Portugal, is expanding its Engineering Center to strengthen quality assurance across projects. You will assess processes, perform quality reviews, and ensure alignment with ASPICE PAM guidelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold an ASPICE assessor certificate and a Master or Bachelor in software, electronics, or mechatronics, with fluent English and strong communication.

Qualifications

• ASPICE assessor certificate (Provisional Assessor or higher).
• Master/Bachelor in Software, Electronics, Mechatronics or technical field or equivalent background.
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
• Good communication and relationship/network skills.
• Processes and Work-Products.
• Project Management, guidance and support of project members.
• MS-Office; ALM-Tool (e.g. CodeBeamer, Windchill RV&S)

Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of quality reviews to ensure compliance to customer and internal requirements according the quality plan
• Reviewing the quality goals within projects e.g., in Gate Reviews and follow up on identified corrective actions as well as tracking and reporting the progress status
• Modelling process workflows within the defined ZF Process Tools STAGES and Symbio according lessons learned and identified process improvement potentials
• Contact person for project team on Engineering Quality Assurance related topics
• Ensure compliance or Engineering process landscape to latest ASPICE PAM definition
• Drive lessons learned and identified process improvement potentials out of internal and external assessments
