TeamViewer in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex enterprise software and integration projects across EMEA. The role bridges enterprise customers, engineering, product, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data exchange.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of relevant experience, strong technical background, and proven ability to manage multi-cloud, API-driven projects with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in technical project management or related fields.
• Strong technical background with ability to work with engineers and customer teams.
• Experience integrating software with enterprise systems and systems of record.
• Experience with REST APIs, integration workflows, and system-to-system communication.
• Ability to manage complex projects, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex enterprise software and integration projects across EMEA from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
• Serve as the technical and delivery liaison between customers, engineering, Product, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable project and integration plans.
• Lead integrations with customer systems of record, including data exchange and synchronization.
• Coordinate development involving APIs, backend services, cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and customer expectations across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate technical discussions between customer and internal teams.
• Mentor and support TPMs; promote best practices in delivery and documentation.
