Job summary

TeamViewer, Porto-based, seeks an experienced Team Lead – Technical Project Management for the EMEA region to guide a team of Technical Project Managers delivering enterprise software and integrations. You will align delivery with global leaders and manage customer expectations across multiple projects.

This role emphasizes people leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support and Sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directly managing, coaching, and developing Project Managers or similar delivery professionals.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent enterprise software projects and maintaining portfolio-level visibility into health and risk.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Fluent professional English and German are required.
• Based in Porto, Portugal or able to work from Porto.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Project Managers with performance management and career development.
• Maintain oversight of EMEA customer projects, including health, milestones, risks and customer concerns.
• Serve as leadership escalation point for complex delivery and customer issues.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales to resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Build a collaborative, customer-focused team culture and ensure governance and reporting.
