Job summary

TeamViewer seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive enterprise software projects across the EMEA region from discovery to deployment. You will coordinate with customers, developers, Product, and internal teams, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.

The role emphasizes strong communication, API and cloud tech familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid Porto-based setup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in software development or project delivery.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development concepts.
• Ability to communicate with software engineers and understand dependencies.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud technologies.
• Fluent professional English and ability to work with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise software projects across EMEA from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
• Coordinate activities between customers, developers, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Participate in technical discussions involving APIs, applications, cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.
• Translate customer requirements and business needs into clear information for technical teams.
• Coordinate testing, validation, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Provide clear and consistent project status communication to customers and internal leadership.
