Job summary

CBTalents is hiring for an international support team in Lisbon to assist users of a leading AI company. The role offers a 12-month contract with rotating shifts and a clear path to permanent employment after two years.

You will gain experience across AI, digital advertising, and customer support while working with a multicultural client base. The position includes a guaranteed monthly package with bonuses and a training period, plus 22 days of annual leave and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Investigating issues with ad campaigns, accounts, payments, and platform functionality.
• Troubleshooting ad delivery, campaign creation, billing, and account performance.
• Guiding users through advertising policies, guidelines, and technical setups.
• Supporting customers through email, chat, and phone.
