You'll support businesses and creators with their advertising experience — helping them solve platform, account, payment, campaign, and technical issues while building valuable experience across AI, digital advertising, and customer support.

Your Compensation

• €938 gross/month base salary

What You'll Actually Do

You'll help businesses and creators get the most out of their advertising experience by:

• Investigating issues with ad campaigns, accounts, payments, and platform functionality
• Troubleshooting ad delivery, campaign creation, billing, and account performance
• Guiding users through advertising policies, guidelines, and technical setups
• Understanding the issue, identifying the right solution, and explaining it clearlySupporting customers through email, chat, and phone
