Job summary

CB Talents SP in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking candidates with experience in Customer Service, IT Support, or Technical Support to join an international team serving users of a leading AI research and deployment company.

You will troubleshoot account access, assist with billing inquiries, and guide customers on using AI products across multiple channels in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong English communication is required; this is an on-site day-shift role with rotating hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, IT Support, or Technical Support is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting digital products and learning new tools.
• Available for rotating shifts Monday–Sunday.
