Job Description

We are recruiting English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists to join a global team in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a pioneering international company developing cutting-edge AI and generative AI technologies.
In this role, you will assist users with account management, billing, and technical inquiries, serving as a key point of contact for innovative, tech-driven products.

Your Role

• Support customers across multiple communication channels (chat, email, and phone).
  
• Assist with billing, invoicing, subscription management, and account access inquiries.
  
• Troubleshoot platform, product, and basic tech-related issues.
  
• Guide users on how to navigate features and utilize AI tools effectively.
  
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent English (written and spoken; clear communication is key).
  
• Background or strong interest in IT, technical support, or AI technologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for troubleshooting.
  
• Previous experience in customer support, tech support, or contact center operations is an advantage.
  
• Flexibility to work scheduled rotational shifts (including day or night shifts).
  

The Offer

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation support and company-provided accommodation available for eligible candidates moving to Lisbon).
  
• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible rotational shifts (Day Shifts: 07:00–22:00 / Night Shifts: 22:00–07:00).
