Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team supporting users of a leading AI platform.

You will assist consumers and business users with account, billing and product issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver clear, timely solutions while maintaining high quality standards. On-site, full-time role with day shifts 07:00–22:00.

Qualifications

• C1–C2 English required.
• Experience in Customer Support/Technical Support/Helpdesk/Customer Success or similar.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Available for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Based in Lisbon and legally authorized to work in Portugal.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or similar
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Available for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Based in Lisbon and legally authorized to work in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

• Total monthly gross package: approximately €1,320.67
• Variable performance bonus: up to €200/month
