CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position on the Night Shift, with working hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday to Sunday.

Day to day you will support customers across multiple channels, resolve billing and account access inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide customers on using products to ensure high-quality

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position on the Night Shift, with working hours scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, Monday to Sunday.

Day to day that means support customers across multiple communication channels, resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries, troubleshoot platform and product-related issues, guide customers on using products and features effectively, and deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support.

What you need to bring

• Shifts scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00
• Availability to work Night
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
