English Sales Developer - Portugal Residents Only

Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in Portugal. Portuguese nationals are eligible. Foreign candidates must hold valid Portuguese residency/work authorization.

C1-C2 English is mandatory. Candidates below this level will not be considered.

Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Developer to generate new business opportunities, engage potential customers, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, email, and other channels
• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Manage leads and activities in the CRM
• Meet individual and team sales KPIs

Requirements

• C1-C2 English - mandatory
• Minimum1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales
• Customer-focused and commercially minded
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal

Compensation

Base salary: €920 gross/month

Holiday allowance: €76.67

Christmas allowance: €76.67

Meal allowance: €154/month (€7/day)

Total fixed package: €1,227.33/month

Variable bonus: up to €320/month

Training Compensation

€18.56/day x 15 working days = €278.40 total
