Role requires C1–C2 English, at least 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates must be eligible to work in Portugal and be target-driven with outbound sales mindset.

Eligibility: Candidates must be currently based in Portugal. Portuguese nationals are eligible. Foreign candidates must hold valid Portuguese residency/work authorization.
C1–C2 English is mandatory. Candidates below this level will not be considered.

Role

Requirements

Compensation

Base salary: €920 gross/month
Holiday allowance: €76.67
Christmas allowance: €76.67
Meal allowance: €154/month (€7/day)
Total fixed package: €1,227.33/month
Variable bonus: up to €320/month

Training Compensation

€18.56/day × 15 working days = €278.40 total
