We're recruiting English speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a MedTech account based in Porto, Portugal.

You'll support customers of a healthcare technology brand with product and account queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 20/Aug/26.

Healthcare funding operations, insulin delivery devices company.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
