Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is hiring English-speaking Customer Support Advisors in Covilhã to assist international customers by phone and chat. You will address billing questions, account inquiries and general service requests, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible.

Training covers our systems, policies and service standards. You will log interactions in the CRM, stay patient, organized and focused on quality while meeting targets and participating in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Paid training covering our systems, policies and service standards.
• Rotating shifts apply.
• Patient, organized and comfortable working with targets while keeping quality high.

Responsibilities

• Support international customers by phone and chat.
• Handle billing questions, account enquiries and general service requests; aim to resolve each contact fully on the first attempt.
• Record every interaction accurately in our CRM to keep the team aligned and improve service.
• Understand the real issue behind a question, confirm it with the customer and explain the solution in plain language.
