Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and manage top engineering talent in a hybrid Caldas da Rainha setting. You will own sourcing, screening, and offers, collaborating with People Business Partners to align role requirements and priorities.

Strong experience in talent acquisition for technical profiles and excellent communication are essential, along with fluency in Portuguese and English. Hybrid work with in-office days is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Sociology, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment is valued.
• Interest in engineering and technology profiles recruited.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills for passive candidates.
• Comfortable navigating technical environments and engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with People Business Partner and hiring teams to define requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines of engineering talent (active and passive).
• Engage and assess candidates, understanding technical background and fit.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Strengthen TEKEVER's employer brand in engineering communities.
