Job summary

Tekever is seeking a motivated intern recruiter to support internship and junior hiring needs in a hybrid role based in Caldas da Rainha. You will work with hiring managers to understand openings, source university candidates, and publish job ads across key platforms.

You will coordinate screening, interviews and pipeline management while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback. The role involves representing Tekever at academic events and supporting internship programme

Qualifications

• Degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources Management, Management, Social and Organisational Psychology, Work and Organisational Psychology, Sociology or related fields.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, with strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Be curious and proactive in exploring recruitment trends and university engagement initiatives.
• Comfortable engaging with students, candidates and external stakeholders.
• Available for hybrid work (3 days per week in Caldas da Rainha), with occasional availability for events around Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internship and junior recruitment needs with hiring managers.
• Support sourcing initiatives to reach students and recent graduates via universities, boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Create and publish job ads across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling and pipeline management.
• Ensure a positive candidacy experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Participate in academic events, representing TEKEVER and engaging with students and universities.
• Support operational coordination of internship programmes and academic engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing event materials, presentations and communications resources.
