Qualifications

• 6–11+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI roles with hands‑on building experience.
• Experience shipping generative AI features or systems end‑to‑end with ownership of workstreams.
• Emerging leadership: guiding peers, coordinating workstreams and making technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with evaluation design, experimentation frameworks, and HITL methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and deployment of generative AI systems and multi‑agent workflows within client engagements.
• Architect and build multi‑component AI pipelines including RAG and embedding generation.
• Implement reasoning, tool use, function calling, and orchestration across AI workflows.
• Lead delivery of agentic systems with scalable tool integration and memory architectures.
• Drive workstreams from research through production deployment with quality and pace.
• Build APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments with observability.
• Establish GenAIOps processes for automated testing and latency monitoring.
• Balance performance, safety, and cost, with guardrails and HITL flows; align with Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, ethics, and infrastructure teams; communicate decisions clearly.
