Job summary

Medtronic Portugal is seeking a seasoned Sales Representative for Endoscopy to grow and manage the business within the region. You will build strong relationships with customers, lead product presentations, and drive revenue while aligning with regional targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or life sciences or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years in medical device sales.
Strong knowledge of local market and buying process.
Tender management experience a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, team oriented, and capable of working with limited supervision.
Sales force or similar competency background.
Full clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Medtronic products within the assigned geographic area to meet/exceed targets.
Execute activities from product introduction to contract negotiation per strategy.
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Grow penetration in existing accounts and explore new product therapies.
Collaborate with regional/business managers to engage key opinion leaders and buyers.
Identify, prepare, and execute upcoming tenders.
Complete required admin duties and reports timely.
