Chesamel Group in Portugal is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of Cloud Marketing Programmes and Events across the UK and EMEA. You will help ensure activities are organized, well-executed and delivered to a high standard.

Working with Campaign Managers and senior Stakeholders, you will coordinate event operations, supplier management, attendee communications and project administration across a range of marketing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience: 2+ years' experience in marketing, events, project coordination or programme support.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Language: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Operational Skills: Demonstrated experience managing basic logistics and vendors and maintaining timelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with data tracking (Google Sheets) and project collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing events and campaign activity across the UK and EMEA.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines and project plans from initial brief through to completion.
• Manage venues, suppliers, catering, AV, branding, merchandise and other event requirements where applicable.
• Support the successful delivery of live events, including on-site coordination where required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects stay on track.
