Partner Company in Portugal seeks an Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager to lead high-value engagement programmes for a global events portfolio. You will connect sponsors with senior CSP executives, manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to onsite execution, and ensure timely communications and attendee experiences.

The role demands coordinating across international time zones, strong relationship management, and data-driven process improvements to enhance programme performance.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in executive engagement programmes, event operations, sponsorship delivery, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across international events and time zones.
• Excellent communication with senior executives and sponsor representatives.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Executive Connect and Invite-Only programmes across multiple global events.
• Coordinate sponsor onboarding, audience targeting, objectives, and programme requirements.
• Drive targeted outreach to senior CSP executives and manage invitations, reminders, and confirmations.
• Oversee scheduling, onsite execution, and attendee management across international markets.
• Provide guidance to sponsors, resolve escalations, and maintain aligned delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data and post-event insights to improve future programmes and processes.
