Orica is seeking a Project Management Lead to provide leadership across our EMECA portfolio of capital and business projects. The role combines portfolio governance with the delivery of higher-value, more complex initiatives, setting priorities, and ensuring governance, safety and project-management requirements are met.

• Proven experience leading large project portfolios and governance.
• Ability to plan, forecast and manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across regions and functions.
• Experience coaching and developing project-delivery capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance and oversight of the EMECA portfolio of capital and business projects.
• Maintain visibility of regional project portfolio: status, timelines, forecast and risk.
• Coordinate regional review and prioritization, develop evidence-based business cases.
• Support capital planning and forecasting, set priorities and control CAPEX.
• Lead planning and delivery of higher-value projects from definition to handover.
• Establish scopes, delivery plans, budgets, schedules and governance.
• Report portfolio performance to regional leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure SAP-based project setup and reporting supports decisions.
• Provide coaching to local project managers and engineers across the region.
• Build project-management capability across teams and functions.
• Coach and develop a small project-delivery team and dotted-line resources.
• Act as a key stakeholder interface for portfolio relationships.
