Zusammenfassung

Stratio is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to join our Embedded Systems & Hardware team, working on the Databox - the heart of our zero-downtime mission.

You will develop C/C++ firmware on an RTOS for ARM-based microcontrollers, handle automotive protocols, hardware bring-up, and test infrastructure, collaborating closely with hardware and software teams in a hybrid Coimbra-based setup. This role focuses on remote tachograph data download and real-time systems near the vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Must have: degree in Electrical Engineering, CS or similar.
• Proven embedded systems experience with C/C++.
• RTOS on ARM-based microcontrollers, hardware bring-up and testing.
• Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics; unit testing and CI.

Aufgaben

• Develop and debug firmware in C/C++ on the Databox RTOS.
• Translate requirements into technical designs with stakeholders.
• Debug across hardware and software using analyzers and scopes.
• Collaborate with hardware team on bring-up and tests.
• Participate in code reviews and documentation across the firmware lifecycle.
