Job summary

Stratio is seeking a Backend Software Engineer in Portugal to build, run and improve remote tachograph data processing systems. You will design REST/JSON APIs with .NET Core, scale services for high availability, and ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.

English fluency is required. You will join a Software team with cross-functional and self-organized groups, contributing to the tachograph data download project and driving architectural improvements and code quality in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of C# and REST/JSON services.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Understanding of software design and architecture.
• Awareness of software development life cycle processes.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the specification of new features and improvements.
• Implement and maintain core services with business logic using .NET Core.
• Design and implement scalable architecture for high availability.
• Improve product quality, security and performance.
• Write maintainable code meeting internal standards.
• Review code to enforce standards.
