BMS Engineering Recruitment is partnering with a global medical technology business in Lisbon to hire a Data & Analytics Lead. You will establish a consistent measurement framework across a multi-brand digital ecosystem, providing clear visibility of traffic, conversions and overall digital performance.

You will turn fragmented reporting into actionable insight, define KPI frameworks and dashboards, and govern attribution and data quality.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in digital analytics, measurement and performance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms, dashboards and attribution.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and data governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to tell a clear story through data.
• Experience with web/eCommerce analytics, tag management, CRM or data integration would be advantageous.

THE ROLE

As a Data & Analytics Lead, you will establish a consistent measurement framework across a global digital ecosystem, providing clear visibility of traffic, conversion, lead generation and overall digital performance. You will turn fragmented reporting into actionable insight, helping teams make informed investment and optimisation decisions.

Key responsibilities will include defining KPI frameworks and dashboards, generating insights on digital performance, establishing governance around attribution and data quality, and partnering with business and digital teams to translate analysis into measurable action.

LOCATION

Lisbon. Candidates should be able to work from Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS
