Qualifications

• Experience documenting business needs and translating into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration with developers, testers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions.
• Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Work with scrum/delivery teams through go live.
• Analyze business systems to improve efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
