Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch (C2).
• Proficiency in English (B1).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• At least one year of customer support experience.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure it follows platform guidelines.
• Enforce moderation standards across content types.
• Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements.
• Monitor user behavior to identify risks and assist in mitigation.
• Suggest improvements to moderation processes and tools.
