You will collaborate with internal teams, handle user appeals with clarity, and help identify risks while benefiting from relocation support, meal allowance, health and life insurance, and onsite opportunities.

Qualificações
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2).
- Proficiency in English (B1).
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
- At least one year of customer support experience.
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsabilidades
- Review user-generated content to ensure it follows platform guidelines.
- Enforce moderation standards across content types.
- Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements.
- Monitor user behavior to identify risks and assist in mitigation.
- Suggest improvements to moderation processes and tools.
