You’ll review text, images, and links for policy compliance, handle user appeals, and collaborate with internal teams to uphold standards while growing your moderation expertise and language skills.

Qualificações

• C1/C2 level German proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and moderate online content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Apply moderation guidelines consistently to maintain a respectful environment.
• Handle user appeals with clear explanations of moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold regulatory and industry standards.
