Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a leading social media platform. You will moderate Dutch content, communicate with customers in Dutch and English, and help ensure content complies with ethical standards.

The role includes a 10-day training, a 12-month initial contract with possible renewals, private health insurance after signing, accommodation and relocation support, and a vibrant working environment.

Qualificações

• Dutch language skills required for content moderation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon (international candidates welcome).

Responsabilidades

• Moderate Dutch content.
• Contact customers in Dutch and English.
• Remove inappropriate content and enforce platform guidelines.
• Support content management to prevent cybercrime.
• Ensure content meets ethical standards.
• Handle hate speech, cyberbullying, terror content and animal abuse removals.
