Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers facing technical questions. You will help users troubleshoot, configure accounts, and provide clear, professional support across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues by identifying root causes and offering step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting processes with clear explanations.
• Resolve technical concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document interactions, issues, steps and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow technical procedures and company guidelines during interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Stay updated on product features and troubleshooting procedures through training.
