FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Lisbon team, focusing on helping business customers maximize cloud solutions while blending technical consulting with customer success.

You will manage a portfolio of business customers, act as a trusted technical advisor, and develop new business opportunities. The role includes CRM/pipeline management, relocation support for eligible candidates, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C2).
• Good English (B2+).
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Cloud, or IT.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross monthly salary: up to €2,563.58 (depending on accommodation option)
