Workster has partnered with a multinational BPO to hire a Dutch-speaking Recruiter in Portugal.

You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, collaborate with managers to verify information, and onboard new hires. You will maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process and create vital reports.

The role offers a full-time schedule, 12 months contract with a 30 days trial, relocation airfare/accommodation support, meal vouchers, and ongoing training and development.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• University degree, preferably in HR or related field.
• Proven work experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of ATS and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and referrals.
• Positive attitude and community-building approach.

Workster has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we're looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter to look for top talent to support their teams.

Your Role

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and 'can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach

The Offer

• Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)
