Workster, in partnership with a multinational BPO, is seeking a Dutch-speaking recruiter to source top talent and support diverse teams worldwide.

You will attract candidates through databases, social media, and job fairs; conduct interviews; coordinate with departments to validate information; onboard new hires; build relationships with candidates; and maintain recruitment analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
