CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist for Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. The role offers 14 monthly salaries at 1,450 EUR each, plus relocation support; start ASAP on a full-time basis.

You will attract, interview, and onboard candidates, collaborating with multiple departments, and maintaining recruitment analytics. The position requires Dutch fluency (C1) and English (B2), plus a HR-related degree and ATS experience. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch with strong written and spoken communication (C1).
• English fluency at B2 level or higher.
• Degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Experience or similar in recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Attract candidates via databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees.
• Build relationships with candidates during selection as a trusted recruiter.
• Create, update, and maintain analytics and databases.
