The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email and guiding customers on product and service questions. You will work within rotational shifts, delivering high-quality service while following scripts and processes.

A fully paid relocation package supports the move to Athens. This is a full-time position with a clearly defined onboarding program.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level German
• English B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens, Greece
