RDN CONS is looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join their international support operation. This entry-level position allows for remote work while being based in Greece. The role includes assisting customers via phone, email, and digital channels. Training is provided, and the position comes with a paid relocation package. Candidates need to be fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English. The role offers a full-time employment contract and employment benefits.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good working knowledge of English (level B2).
• No previous customer service experience required; training is provided.
• Confident user of computers and digital tools.
• Clear communication style and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and digital support channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services or products.
• Resolve customer requests by following established procedures.
• Register customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Work in line with quality standards and performance targets.
• Refer complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate support level.
