• Perform billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities.

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction.
• All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels.

Your Role

Your Profile

• Native or C1 level Dutch and good English skills
• Comfortable working with customers and administrative processes
• Detail-oriented and confident handling data, billing, and documentation
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and digital channels
• Organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
• Willing to work in a regulated, structured environment
• Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus

The Offer

• Portuguese employment contract with full social security coverage
• Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00, 8 hours per day plus lunch break
