Job summary

CloserHire is placing a Customer Support & Billing Specialist in Porto, Portugal, with relocation paid for. The role offers a gross €1,050 per month and a Portuguese contract with full social security, plus benefits.

You will handle customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls and service information, log requests and updates in internal systems, and perform billing, collection and revenue reconciliation while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus.
Able to work in a regulated, structured environment.
Detail-oriented with data accuracy and documentation.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information.
Register requests, complaints and clarifications in internal systems for traceability.
Perform billing, collection and revenue reconciliation activities.
Communicate with authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Contribute to service quality, revenue protection and customer satisfaction.
All communications are conducted via phone, email and digital channels.
