Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international outsourcing group in Portugal to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support & Billing Specialist for a large-scale public services operation in Porto. This is a long-term, regulated environment that values accuracy, clear communication, and structured processes.

You will handle customer queries related to accounts, billing and service information, perform data entry, and collaborate with authorities when needed.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at a native or near-native level
• Good English communication, both written and oral
• Experience in customer service or billing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
• Register requests, complaints, and clarifications in internal systems for full traceability
• Perform billing, collection, and revenue reconciliation activities
• Communicate with external entities such as authorities when required
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance in all interactions
• Support service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
