- Experience or a relevant industry certification in digital marketing, ecommerce, or B2B/B2C sales.
- Comfortable with phone work and navigating CRM systems.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support.
- Strong understanding of social media.
Responsibilities
- Support scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers.
- Drive revenue growth and product adoption for advertiser programs.
- Provide consultative support to agencies and advertisers.
- Coordinate across teams to meet service levels and turnaround times.
- Educate advertisers on product usage and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with SMBs and agency partners.
