Concentrix in Portugal is seeking a Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) to support Audi in a remote role. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and document interactions in the CRM system to ensure high quality service.

You will stay updated on Audi offerings, collaborate with teammates, and use automotive knowledge to resolve issues. The role requires passion for automotive topics, strong communication, and about 1 year in a call center or customer service setting.

Qualificações

• High level of Dutch (C1 written and oral) and good level of English (B2).
• 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Passion about automotive topics and skills in digital tech.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
• Utilize knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
