You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, help clients use tools, and contribute to pre- and post-sales support while delivering excellent service.

This fully remote role offers relocation assistance within Europe, ongoing training, and career growth in a diverse, multilingual environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with online platforms and digital tools.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience.
• Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
