Eugenia Talent is seeking an HR professional fluent in native Dutch to join a young, dynamic HR team in the Lisbon city centre. You will attract candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments and references with hiring managers.

Bring a bachelors in HR, prior HR experience, and a proactive, brand-ambassador mindset to help meet staffing goals and strengthen partnerships with agencies and universities in a vibrant office culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in the HR field.
• People oriented and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail with ability to represent the brand.

Responsabilidades

• Using different channels to attract candidates.
• Speak with managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Conduct company assessments and reference checks.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and executive team.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities, and industry representatives.
• Produce reports and attend weekly meetings.
