Google Ads Partner is seeking a Dutch-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to guide new high-potential clients through onboarding, craft tailored Google Ads campaigns, and build lasting relationships that drive growth and advocacy.

You will conduct outbound calls, analyze market data, and collaborate across teams to ensure client success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hybrid work in Barcelona is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field; MA/MSc is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Strong relationship management and opportunity identification.
• Tech-savvy; uses AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Clear, persuasive communicator; goal-oriented.
• Self-motivated and proactive with market insight.
• Customer-focused with a track record of satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Dutch market and business etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Onboard high-potential Dutch market clients; serve as trusted advisor.
