Cbtalents is seeking a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our Barcelona-based team. You will onboard new clients, design and optimize PPC campaigns, and drive growth through strategic outreach. Strong German (C2) and English, plus 2+ years in sales/marketing, are required.

• This role requires fluent German (C2) and English, with at least 2 years in sales/marketing in client-facing roles.
• BA/BS in Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to work independently with results.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC and digital campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising solutions.
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored strategies.
• Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term growth.
• Drive account growth via upselling and increased ad spend.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high-volume workflow.
