Google Ads Partner in Barcelona seeks a Dutch-speaking Onboarding Account Manager to bridge high-potential Dutch clients with Google Ads tools. You will guide onboarding, tailor PPC campaigns, and build long-lasting relationships that drive growth and retention.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or marketing, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work: 3 days home, 2 days in the office.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field. An MA/MSc is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years in sales/marketing/client-facing roles; digital marketing experience preferred.

• Onboard High-Potential Clients: onboard new Dutch-market clients with growth potential.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: design and launch Google Ads campaigns.
• Outbound Sales: conduct calls to promote services and solutions.
• Maximize Campaign Performance: optimize spend and drive upsell opportunities.
